Villas #6 and #5 ready to go
Overcoming the challenges faced in making sure that every villa on development enjoys unobstructed ocean views has tested the team’s ingenuity.
We are pleased to report that Villas #6 and #5 are now ready to go with the completion of the ‘reinforced’ retaining walls.
We made the decision to double-down on what was already designed for sufficient foundational support. The additional support has enabled the team to create more plot height so that the villas owners enjoy more elevated views of the valley and Bali Sea.
Phase II - Reinforced foundations
The reinforced foundations, measuring 7 meters in total, now allow the team team to build on elevated land creating the ‘staggered’ or ‘tiered’ feature that shapes the Vesica Villas Celuke development into Amed’s flagship luxury villa complex.
The river-stone effect provides functionality and maintains aesthetics in-keeping with the surrounding environment.
Phase III - Villas #4 and #3
It’s amazing to see how quickly things are moving. With 5 villas now sold, we move onto the foundational preparations and road networks of Phase III.
Again, retaining walls will be added to support the structural foundations of Villas #4 and #3. On top of that, the road networks will be created to provide access to Villa #4, Villa #3, Villa #2 and Villa #1.

Phase I - Villas #9, #8 and #7
At times it seems like our ‘little’ development in Amed is turning into something bigger and better than we could have possible anticipated.
We welcome an additional 18 staff members as part of the construction team! The additional workers are required to keep the development momentum moving as Phase I, Phase II and now Phase III are swarming with activity.
- Villa 9 – Lower-floor foundations are set and the roof is being laid.
- Villa #8 – Roof is on, swimming pool tiles laid, and internal plastering under way.
- Villa #7 – Roof is on, internal plastering and wiring of electric cables
Phase II - Villas #6 and #5
- Villa #6 and #5 – Retaining walls complete and the digging of villa structural footings commences.
Phase III - Villas #4 and #3
- Retaining walls and road network – The structural team moves from Phase II, swiftly into Phase III to prepare the retaining walls and road networks that will connect the villas in Phase III and eventually the final villas in Phase IV.
