The development is really beginning to take shape as construction continues with the foundations for Villas #7, #8 and #9.
Since October 2023 we have been focused on laying the critical infrastructure in anticipation of building our two-storey, 3-bed/3-bath villas with ocean views.
We are pleased with the construction progress and our vision is fast becoming a reality. With three villas sold, our construction team is moving fast and construction is way ahead of schedule.
Deep foundations for two-storey villas
The tiered features of the land creates a dramatic 12 meter elevation change from the top plots to the bottom. Previously the land was developed and farmed as rice paddies, and whilst the elevation is a key feature to this stunning development, there have been a number of engineering challenges to overcome.
Making sure that each of the nine 2-storey villas enjoys unobstructed ocean views, substantial retaining walls have been erected to increase stability through deep foundations. The retaining walls have been constructed with functionality in mind and designed to merge with the surrounding environment.
Phase II - Villas #5 and #6
With the infrastructure for Phase 1 complete and foundations laid on Villas #7, #8, #9, our focus turns to the preparation of infrastructure for villas #5 and #6.
In similar fashion to the retaining walls erected around the top plot, a river stone structure is being constructed to add further stability to the foundations of each villa.
As the construction team continue to build villas #7, #8 and #9, all focus is on Phase 2 of the project as we remain on track to complete the development toward the end of 2025.
