May 2025 - Construction Update
We are pleased to showcase our construction progress as we prepare for the handing over of Villa #8 on the Vesica Villas Celuke development in Amed Bali.
With only one villa remaining for sale the team has been busy across all four Phases of the development. Balancing the final touches to the Phase I Villas (Villas #9/#8/#7) with the other Phases of construction has been challenging to say the least.
Facing perhaps one of the worst monsoon seasons on record, the construction team has made unbelievable progress as we look to hand over the first of nine villas (perfectly on schedule) to its owner in June 2025.
A huge thanks to all the team for digging deep and for overcoming the challenges faced on this ambitious construction project.

Handover of Villa #8
With the main structural work, paintwork, and garden landscaping in place, Villa #8 is currently being dressed with the final touches as we begin to take delivery on furniture and soft furnishings. The handing over of Villa #8 will be a significant milestone in the progress of our development.
As an ‘off-plan’ development, we are pleased with how the concept images have been brought to life. The images below really capture the likeness of the architect’s 3D impressions used in our marketing materials.
Carport and entrance to Villa #8
From the outset, we have been totally committed to building Amed’s Flagship Villa complex with a design that remains in keeping with the tropical landscape of Amed’s stunning Celuke Valley.
Remaining true to the heritage of Bali, the carport and entrance present a stunning first impression of what waits inside. The covered carport will be draped with creeper plants as residents walk through the Balinese-inspired doorway.
Garden and Swimming Pool
Our landscape gardening team has tastefully selected indigenous foliage that will quickly mature into a tropical paradise. A focus on privacy and practicality ensures that each Villa has a self-contained feeling without crowding the space.
At the center of it all, the swimming pool and decking complete the large outdoor living space that will no doubt be host to many wonderful times shared with friends and family for many years to come.
Kitchen and Balcony
Positioned on the second floor, the large internal living space is complemented by a stunning viewpoint from the outdoor balcony. The elevated views from the balcony capture the surrounding tropical valley. Photos can not do justice to the scale of the hills on either side of the complex.
The surrounding environment of the Celuke Valley is matched with sunrise views over the Bali Sea as residents look down on their very own tropical garden oasis.
Summary - Handing over of Villa #8
The construction site is really beginning to take shape as we prepare for the handing over of Villa #8 in June 2025.
Construction of the remaining Phases continues across the development. The preparation of land on the final Phase (Villas #1 and #2) has been laid, with foundations planned to go in during June 2025.
We are aiming to complete all 9 Villas by June 2026 and remain committed to meeting this deadline. Through our property management company, we will begin advertising the villas for rent in stages.
