Retaining walls provide extra support
With an active water supply and electricity power source installed on the Vesica Villas Celuke development, our construction team begin to erect the retaining walls in preparation for laying foundations for the first villa build.
The development land is a total area of 500sqm with an elevation from the back of the top plot to lower-level of the bottom plot. Recovered from old rice paddy land, the land is tiered in a traditional rice paddy style.
This feature played into our decision to acquire the land as the tiered featured is a sight to behold. The lay of the land will create an amazing design and add an impressive character to the completed development.
Stylish design with functionality
We wanted the design of the retaining walls to blend with the natural lay of the land and the surrounding environment. To achieve this we opted for a dry-stack approach.
Whilst our dry-stack approach is bounded by cement reinforcement, the atheistic outcome looks absolutely fantastic!
Technical specs of retaining walls
The technical drawings of the retaining wall shows the depth of structural columns in relation to the lay of the land. This additional support will enhance the foundational structure of each villa on the development.
