Construction Progress
Follow the construction progress on the Vesica Villas Celuke development in Amed Bali.
Work on the 9-villa complex began in September 2023. Preparing the land and infrastructure as part of Phase 1 Construction is well underway.

With 8 Villas now sold, the project is ahead of schedule and will be complete by the end of 2025.

In August 2023, Vesica Property Developments secured a prime plot of land only minutes away from the town center of Amed.
Work on the development began immediately. The team has worked tirelessly with architects and contractors to develop what we believe to be an outstanding villa complex.
Land in a prime location
When the architect brought his team for thier first assessment of the site, he literally said “this is a once in a lifetime plot and location.”
Utilizing the natural lay of the land, the development has been designed to capture stunning elevated views of the Bali Sea as the villas look down through the tropical hills of the Celuke Valley.

The management team had a clear vision of how to incorporate luxury living with the natural surroundings.
We used the land’s natural elevation to provide stunning ocean views for each of the nine villas. Built on 2-storeys, we also made sure that privacy was a priority for residents.
